In the end, an organization’s migration strategy will often depend on the financial impact – ROI and TCO analysis becomes a key factor in the process.
In his session at the 9th International Cloud Expo, Michael Collier, a Windows Azure MVP and National Architect for Neudesic, will investigate approaches for an enterprise’s migration to the cloud. He will work through an assessment of a common enterprise application, see a few common roadblocks and ways to mitigate those risks.
